You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days after you have received your confirmation email.

All orders are final after confirmation. We do not accept the cancellation of orders without a valid reason(s).

• All items are checked for their quality and expiry date before delivering them to you. Please check the items upon delivery.
• Should we deliver the wrong item to you, please do not accept the item and inform our delivery team. We will then contact you to arrange another delivery.
• In any case, if you received a damaged item, please email info@aussiehealth.com.sg to inform us about the item and we will arrange a 1 to 1 exchange. We will not exchange if the safety seal is broken.
